We wouldn’t call it one of the bigger selling points of having a new boiler but we got a lovely email from a happy customer the other day to thank us again for our work installing a new boiler in their two bedroom flat in Hyndland.

They had called us in February because they had returned home after a hard days work to find the flat was freezing cold.  It didn’t take long to discover that the boiler was broken.  As an existing customer of JSL through our Plumbing side of things, they called us to have a look at the boiler to see if it could be repaired.  The answer to that question was no.  The problem was actually to do with parts.  Their current boiler was so old that it was near impossible to get new parts and therefore it made more sense to fit a new boiler.

As with everything we do, we fitted the new boiler to the highest standards and our customer can now get on with their lives in a warm and cozy flat, benefiting from reduced heating bills AND (and this is the point of todays post) a quieter boiler.

That’s right.  As part of the thank you email, our Hyndland customer thanked us because their new boiler was so quiet, it was allowing them to get a better nights sleep.  Their old boiler always made loud clunking noises when it was working which would frequently wake our customer up.  Not anymore.

So there you go.  Not only do you get a more efficient boiler from JSL, you can also get a better nights sleep lol.
