And that is exactly what happened the other day. We were called out to a Bungalow property in the outskirts of Bearsden from a customer who had started to run a bath one evening and got nothing but cold water.
Their boiler, which had run faultlessly all winter long had inexplicably stopped working.
We were called out by the customer because they have used us in the past for plumbing services and they know the level of service they are going to get. We turned up on time, investigated the problem and got to work fixing it when we had confirmed what the issue was.
